Originally this was going to be the official "Meet An Arabian Horse" Day. Because of everything that has gone on it was changed to a virtual month long event. These young soccer teammates came to Sandpoint from the Kalispell area to play in a tournament. Because of the hazardous air quality caused by the Washington and Oregon wildfires, their tournament was cancelled. They showed up to the fairgrounds, where we were about ready to load our horses for home for the same reason, and they were thrilled to meet Dusty and Siri. We held off on loading them into the trailer to let the boys ask questions, feed them treats and pet them. They were such a nice group and very appreciative of having a chance to meet the horses. They are pictured below with Siri. They were thrilled to have their photos taken with their new friend.

Helping out community food banks, providing opportunities to share the friendship of our beautiful Arabian and half-Arabian horses with assisted living communities, youth groups, and non-horse people are some of the activities that members of the EEAHC, Inc. has planned for the year.
